LEMON AND HONEY...

... in hot water in the morning.
Tart, soothing to the throat.
Antidote to the cold
I nurse. I sit in bed,
a scarf around my neck,
Kleenex in easy reach.
Oh, mighty sorry
for myself, believe me!
